Ferret Talk And Possum Cheetos

Too tired to deal with this girl, Kent's not-father just tossed the keys to her and slammed the door shut in her face. When she would go to check the truck, she would see his suitcase still sitting in the bed of the truck along with a box that was not there before.

Kent was irritated that River would not tell him and went back to Serenity, noticing her little white ferret. "That's cute...what's it named?" He asked as he sat down, still shocked to be out of jail so fast.

Kevin seemed all kinds of uncomfortable around Renee, but was happy to have her help. He would gladly follow the steps she gave him to follow and was smart enough to mention Stefan being an eye witness. A part of him was still concerned, but this meeting gave him some semblance of hope.

During the entire meeting, he kept tugging at his hair in an attempt to keep the scar hidden.

"I don't know her last name." He finally said when he realized this. "What do I do about that?"

Meanwhile, Bonnie was busy munching on cheetos from within Kevin's backpack, watching them all from the floor. The little possum looked to Renee's legs and couldn't help but reach out and paw at her.
