Sleepovers

Max sighed before nodding. This wasn't the first time he had to babysit Bonnie before, and it wouldn't be the last. He grimaced as Bonnie nestled into his shoulder, though even he had to admit it was kinda cute.

"Yeah. I can watch Bonnie." Max said. Then he looked to Serenity when he heard them talking about inviting the pizza girl over. "Hey, you can do what you want, but please remember to read those chapters."

The day had been full of deliveries but nothing had managed to dampen the high of her $200 tip. She opted to keep it under wraps from the others because she wasn't about to let the others know what happened. But it had made her day. She could save some for some new art supplies, add to the new car fund...

Then she saw the girls from the skating rink enter the restaurant and she wondered what they wanted. "Umm... hi? Can I help you?"
