Kent chuckled at Tam. "I enjoyed horror films too. I just never got to get any figurines or anything." He explained before hearing Serenity's invitation of his mother. A strangely sad expression crossed his face as he rubbed the back of his neck, memories slipping through his mind like a waterfall. "I...uh...mom died of cancer before I hit high school..."

He was happy Serenity had gone to check her mail when said that.

River blinked and bolted to see what Serenity was so excited about. "What is it?!"

Kevin stared at Max and grimaced slightly. "I...I figured as much, but..." He sighed heavily and looked down to Bonnie. "I want to get married and have my own children one day, Max. It's been my dream for a long time...I hate rejecting you...hell, I'd love to give you a chance, but..."

The blond could only sigh again as a new blush crossed his face. He didn't know what to do now.
