Tam couldn't help but feel her core warm up from all the wonderful things Kent was saying. She reached out and took his hand, looking into his eyes as she felt the desire to leap forward and kiss him again.

She didn't care if it was this big dumb display right there in the middle of the food court for everyone to see. Or if River and Serenity came along and saw it. A part of her suspected that they were wanting this too. But not as much as she did.
