Blue Hair Is Not Safe
River let out a squeak, but at Serenity's persistence, she grabbed the dress and went into the dressing room to pull it on. It felt strange to pull the soft fabric onto her skin, but it also felt surprisingly nice.
When she stepped out, thankfully still in her black tights, she smiled awkwardly to her friend. "Well?" She asked nervously.

Kent felt how awkward the silence was as they ate, but something about seeing her enjoy the meal made him happy. Even though they did not know each other that well, he felt a great comfort around her and looked forward to getting to know the girl better.
"Kent?" She looked up at him. "I really like you. Like... a lot. I... I'd like to... well... I'd like to do this more with you. Preferably just us two... If you get what I mean?" She began to yammer and stutter as her face went beet red.
A smile formed on Kent's face as he listened to Tam's words, his own face turning as red as hers. "I...I would really like that." He answered as the urge to kiss her bit at him.

Kevin noted the fact that the large cage was gone from the back of the truck. "I think she just knows when the place closes." He said, glancing to his friend. "Is there something we can help you with?"
The blue haired girl kicked her legs absently. "Just wanted to ask you out." She said, gesturing to the blond.
"You're sixteen!" He blurted with a blush on his face.
Tilting her head in confusion, the blue haired girl frowned and pet the parrot on her shoulder. "I don't care..."
Kevin groaned. "Why is it always children...look, go home."
"But home is boring. I live on my own!" She replied, looking to Max. "Or are you two really lovers?"
Kevin could only groan again. He didn't even know this girl's name and he was already hearing alarm bells go off in his head.
