Kent Gets A Peek

Tam smiled at Serenity meekly. "I'm sure Chris will love that..." Then Kent came out of his room and noted her appearance. Tired eyes and a nod were enough to show she was weary and fried. Yet she saw the signs in him as well. "Neither did you." She yawned and stretched up, only then realizing she was in nothing but a t-shirt and panties and with Kent suddenly there she was very self-conscious. Pulling the shirt down to cover herself as much as possible.

Max chuckled as Bonnie basically spoke for both of them. "You're a good guy, Kevin. Any girl would be lucky to have you. You keep thinking that they'll never see beyond the scar... I do though... and... and I bet those sweet girls at that hospital did too." Max cleared his throat, feeling somewhat uncomfortable. "You're... You're more than that scar, Kev..."
