Krenth-Six-Two

The humid swamplike environment of Nal Hutta was starting to get to two foreigners, the loadlifter being a droid was utterly oblivious to the uncomfortable heat. They had rented a speeder from Ullaek, cheap but surprisingly versatile. The speeder was painted in a type of white enamel that was caked beneath layers of dried dirt. He couldn't tell if it was a heat-induced paranoia or not but Aegon had that niggling feeling that they were constantly being watched. But not that distinct feeling of being watched by Imperial forces. He kept both eyes wide open, he didn't know what to expect.

They were approaching the location that the Toong had pointed them towards, the so-called Krenth-Six-Two. A nearby cliff provided a suitable place to observe this mysterious facility. Ecks-zee switched off the speeder's engine and the trio got out to take a look. Baron Aegon pulled out a pair of binocs and took a look, the facility was vast it looked to be close to completion. If there was one thing Aegon couldn't knock it was the Empire's construction speeds. The quarried hole the facility was built inside would take even the most experienced miners tens of months, but somehow the Empire could get it done in about two.

He adjusted the binocs, focusing on the only visible entry point. A landing pad large enough for an Imperial shuttle, two guard Stormtroopers on either side of the door. "I see a way inside the place. But it would have to be a way in with a fight, we're supposed to do all this operation quietly. We'll have to think this thing out."

"We'll need an excuse or a disguise? Something like that," Adna said. Quickly Baron sighed, he was surprised that the Alliance hadn't invested in a costume department with the number of times they had been required to use disguises.

"There is one other option we could try," XZ chirped.

"What's that?"

"We could have them take us inside. Get us detained, they'll take us inside and then we break out. I'm sure you have had to get out of Imperial restraints more than once Aegon," the droid explained.

"That is an option," agreed Adna, she looked to Baron to wait for his response. In the short time that she had known him she had learned that he had often replied with simple grunts or sighs. Then eventually he did sigh with a soft nod of unsure agreement. "He thinks it's a great idea XZ," she said sarcastically.

"I'll think about it. For now, let's get back to the Ullaek and see what else we can learn. Ideally, I'd like to speak to this Oxus before we go inside - that Hutt might have something up his sleeves." The other two agreed and got back inside the landspeeder.
