The Eye in the Sky

Luando stood looking down with a strong feeling of disgust at the planet Denon. She had only visited once while on a cadet training operation many years ago, she didn't like the urban kind of planets. She much preferred the luscious green jungles of home. The ISD Intrepid had been dispatched to this system after word had got out that a group of Rebels were planning something malicious on this world, she didn't want that neither would the Emperor.

A cadet approached with a datapad, in silence he handed it to Commander Luando. "Commander we have some important data for you."
"Very good cadet, what is it?"
"We have reports that one of our inventory droids was wondering the city streets."
"That's abnormal."
"Indeed it is ma'am, but that's not all. That droid somehow illegally acquired the plans of the Weapons Facility on Denon. They're outdated but-"
"Could still be used against us."
"Precisely ma'am, what is your command?"
Iras placed the datapad at her hip, she thought for a moment. "Place a trap, let them reach the facility."
"What kind of trap ma'am?"
"Be creative, let them in even. Just make sure not a single rebel gets out alive. Get some more troopers in the city, scare the rebels and all those disgusting Denon gangsters." The cadet nodded and walked out of the bridge.

Outside the Imperial cadet approached two stormtroopers stationed outside the bridge entrance. "A message from Commander Luando, increase trooper activity on the surface. Inform your superiors at once!"
"Right away." One stormtrooper walked away as the other remained stationed at the door. The Imperial cadet adjusted his collar and went on his way. Things were about to get hairy.
