Waiting on Us

(Day 3 - Guy's Shopping)

Conner grabbed JD's shoulder and laughed. "You afraid, no, just unsure be your self things will work out you will see," said Conner. JD looked up at the door "Ya your right. Well, don't need to worry about that now here come some of the guys." said JD as hides his feelings of being scared about Rose.

At this point Jack and Justin arrived at the shuttle to see JD and Conner talking.

Justin: Sorry for being late guys.

Jack: Yeah sorry.

Justin then asked JD and Conner about who else were they waiting on?

Matt, Kyle, Heath and Zander all met up on the way to the shuttle.

Kyle heard Justin ask the question, gave him a smile, and said. "That must be us and them" He pointed to the nerd guys who were just getting here.

Zander noticed that not all of the nerd guys had come but still the majority had shown up; which was a good thing. He went over to Leonard. "Hi." Zander said. "So, this is going to be fun, I think."

"At least those guys seem nice." Leonard nodded towards where the non-nerd guys were standing.

Zander glanced over and then nodded. "Well, I'm roommates with Conner, he's pretty nice. I don't really know the rest that well. My sister Dawn hangs out with them more and says they are all nice guys." He paused. "She'd tell me if she didn't think so."

Then a few of the nerds came over to Zander and Leonard and they started talking about The Mandalorian and how true it is to Star Wars canon.

Heath and Matt stood over by Kyle and the non-nerd guys. Heath's phone buzzed. He looked at it and smiled.

Matt breathed a laugh and nodded towards his best friend, Heath, before joking with the other guys. "It must be Sam. I bet he never looks like that when I text him."

Heath looked up, apparently lost in thought for a moment. "What?"

Matt laughed. "Nothing." His mind though shifted to someone else, someone who wasn't there at the moment and he couldn't help but wonder what she was doing at the moment.
