OOC - Help plz

How do you delete characters??

I (and a friend of mine) have a problem with hitting submit more than once when a page is being slow and ending up with multiple profiles for the same character.

I'm the moderator for Judgement, and I have no idea how to delete these... I don't see an option for it anywhere, even if I go in to edit the character or go to the character list.
