OOC - Introductions and New Game Post

Hello friends! My name is Daleigh, and I have been roleplaying for....well, let's say a really long time.
My interest in play-by-post roleplay was inspired by a forum for a book series called Warriors, but even before then I was an active LARPer since I was a kid. I love creating interesting narratives in which characters are thrown into a situation where they are forced to adapt and develop in order to survive in the world that was created for them.

On that note, I recently posted a new game called When Cities Fall. It derives some inspiration from the TV series Supernatural, but without any of the canon or storyline from the show. It takes place in Chicago, after the city has fallen to the Apocalypse. Demons and other hellish creatures roam free, and there has been no sign of help from any heavenly forces.
Its inspirations from Supernatural are limited only to the creatures and beings that exist in the show, as it is its own story arc completely separate.
I intend the roleplay to allow us to explore darker sides of characters, the idea of moral rights and wrongs, and other sorts of occurrences one would expect when the world has practically ended and Hell has its reign over Earth.
