OOC - Dropout

We've all dropped out of a game we have been playing. Sometimes we write ourselves out of the story when we feel the burnout coming, and sometimes we just *plop*, drop off the edge.

But for you, what causes that? What causes you to feel less and less motivated to post into a game? Is it the speed posts come out, the way the story goes, the other players don't fit your style, or do you find the scope of the game not wide enough to keep writing? Or is it you don't make time for writing?

And what do you think could be possible solutions to these problems?
