OOC - Character Ideas

Hey guys, mind if I bounce some ideas off you guys? So as to avoid clutter, just answer by emailing me, but I was wondering if a blacksmith would be good to have here. I'll explain more of my idea in email, but I was wondering if y'all thought it would be a productive addition to the game or not.
