The Suspicious Slave

Ceriden thought for a moment, then said, "Hmm, let me have a look at him." He then pushed the tome back over to Sabina, scarfed down the rest of his breakfast, and said, "Let's go."

He followed Sabina out to the stables, where she pointed out her slave. Ceriden could immediately tell that there was indeed something off about the man. There was something about the man's eyes that seemed very... unnatural. The slave naturally noticed Ceriden studying him by this point. Ceriden raised his hands in an attempt to appear non-threatening. Ceriden had a suspicion as to what the man's condition might be, but he wanted to test his theory before he said something to Sabina.

To the slave, Ceriden carefully said, "Excuse me sir, would you mind if I... touch you in a few places?"
