OOC - Question about how time works

Odd title I know but I am working on two flashbacks. Each will be 1 to 2 post top each (at least for now.) But my question is One takes place not in the Two Kingdoms area, the other takes place so far in the past Idk if the calendar is even the same. So I guess my question would be how should I date them.
