\"Queen in trouble\" 2

Congrats Chris for a much deserved award. Second, in my opinion, would
have been the new character of Guinevere.

"Let go of the handbag!" Shouted Seymour.
"Are you SERIOUS?" She shouted back. "This is a very expensive
custom-made Prada! Only one of a kind now as your crew destroyed my
last one!"
She pulled back, but the Hymenoptera pulled harder. Its hundreds of
eyes scanned the long Promenade for means of escape, and one presented
itself quickly. The monorail that runs from one side of the Promenade
to the other passed by at this moment and the large spider jumped onto
the front, clinging on with ease. Queen Jennifer was dragged along,
dangling off the front of the speeding monorail by her handbag screaming.

Where: Promenade
Who: Seymour, Eric, Johnny, Guinevere and various other security and
other staff.
"Come back, you stupid bug!" Seymour yelled.
The Hymenoptera warrior turned around and stared at Seymour before
continuing running, while Seymour hid in a doorway.
When the warrior was far enough away from him, Seymour gathered his
best authoratative voice. "They have just captured the Queen! Now,
quickly launch an offensive to rescue her!"
At that time, the other warriors were retreating back to their ships
and Phil's announcement was heard.
"Phil, we'll be there in a moment - one of the warriors has just
captured the Queen." Eric said over the comms system.
"What an amazing stroke of luck!" Phil responded. "Seriously, try and
be quick, as she's not our only problem."
"Understood."
Eric got his twin Desert Eagle hand cannons and fed them with his
latest modification - special bullets filled with pure alcohol that
break apart on impact, and handed the others some shotguns with pure
alcohol in the shells.
"Okay, which way did it go, Seymour?" Eric asked when they had climbed
to the higher level of the Promenade.
"Er, that way, I think. I had better give Phil some assistance." He
replied.
"Sure, just get out of our way, thanks." Johnny responded harshly.
Seymour wasn't paying attention, as he was already scurrying away.
"We'd better run if we want to catch it before it leaves." Guinevere said.
The group ran around a corner, to be confronted by a gang of ten
Hymentera warriors.
"Smeg." Johnny said.
"Stupid Poms, now look what they've gotten us into." Eric fumed, as he
dived while firing one of his pistols, splattering one of the bug's
head across a wall.
Realising they were up against better fighters than the stupid
security grunts, the bugs stepped up a gear.
Johnny and Guinever fired their shotguns, taking out a bug each, while
the two security grunts froze and were grabbed and eaten. Eric fired
two more shots, while Johnny and Guinever also took out another couple
of bugs.
Eric was suddenly grabbed from behind by a bug, with his right arm
stuck. He was just able to fire the hand cannon in his left hand,
blowing off one of the bug's legs, causing it to drop Eric on the
ground. As Eric got his bearings back, Guinevere finished it off.
Meanwhile, Johnny hit another bug, leaving a huge hole in it's chest.
That left just one bug, that was entering it's ship.
"Don't shoot, she's too close!" Guinevere yelled, as the three ran at
the bug, and dived through the crafts door just before they closed.
At that time, the Queen managed to get the bag from the bug, as it
turned to punch the nearest human, connecting with Johnny's stomach,
sending him into the side of the bug craft. Then, Guinevere shot the
bug from behind at close range with her alcohol modified shotgun, as
Eric finished off the bug co-pilot.
Eric ran to Johnny, carrying him out of the bug ship as Guinevere led
the Queen to safety.
