"Bigger fish to fry!" Jack said unbuckling the harness and
stumbling towards the weapons rack. He had been thinking the same
thing, but had noticed the humanoid shape sooner than Amber had.
"Now you're one Ugly MoFo." Amber said looking over the black and
green monstrocity.

The creature that only deserved to be called humanoid because it has
two legs and two arms made a noise that was halfway between a growl
and a scream directly at Amber and Jack. Amber just glared back at it.
"Look at you with your green glowing eyes. Well two can play that
game." She said her eyes filling with black. "You kill my husband,
attack my ship, destroy the comms and you attack The Dwarf. You
expect me to just let you walk in here and screach at me? No such
luck." She said forcefully and dropped to the floor as the thing
launched another stinger at her. Grabbing and pulling the old one out
of the comms Amber swung it at the thing she would have landed a
direct hit has it not phased. The stinger sailed through the ghostly
form and the force Amber had put into it sent her reeling off balance
and she crashed to the floor.
"Amber... we need to move out of this room." Jack said avoiding the
swipes of the humanoid. He gestured to the viewscreen, which had a
stinger through it and was beginging to crack with the pressure as
the vacumn outside greedily tried to get to the air in the shuttle.
amber thrust the stinger forward from her position on the floor, the
creature phased again and Amber ended up jamming the stinger into the
flight controlls. The ship accelerated away scraping along the side
of the mining shuttle and through the debris field that was the ex-
plannet. Jack grabbed Amber, seeing as she wasn't going to give up
and dragged her through the cockpit door and sealed the bulkhead
behind him, the creature trapped on the otherside. Jack ran off the
check the escape pod whilst Amber's eyes faded. The humanoid slammed
against the door again and again, denting the massive bulkhead.
"We need to get in the escape pod. I saw a large mass on the
scanner before we left, we're going to crash Amber" Jack said. There
was a cracking sound from behind the bulkhead and the sound of
artificial atmosphere escaping.
"Why?" Amber was on a downer after the massive adrenaline and
hormone rush caused by the implant in her head. coupled with her old
Bliss addiction, she was feeling depressed. Jack sighed heavilly and
pulled Amber into the pod.
Back on the mining shuttle Idwal pulled John into the cockpit and
sealed the door shoving John so he saw the scanner. John had heard
Amber's voice on the comms, but didn't know that she thought he was
dead. He watched as the Blue Midget with his best friend and his wife
on it crashed into the large metal object and exploded in a ball of
hot white flame.
