"But....what about ME?!" Seymour whimpered "I mean how would YOU feel if I did YOUR job?"
"You mean like the way you were driving the R.A.I.D. on the surface, which is CLEARLY the job of a pilot"
"No..but.."
"Or the way you always start barking orders to the crew when Alota's trying to run the ship?" Phil added
"No...but..."
"Or the way you always go on away missions, taking up a space that would be better used by Jack FeBuggure?!"
"No..but..."
"Or the way you..."
"Alright I get the point"
"Look..." said Jay "The hymies, for now at least, have agreed to cease hostilities between us. They need our help"
"Why should we help them?!" Seymour spluttered "Have you SEEN the carnage they've caused in our territories? Some Ambassador YOU are?!"
"Did you ever manage to make peace with our biggest enemy?"
Seymour remained silent.
"Thought not."
The trio began to make thier way back to the surface, when Jay suddenly screamed, and clutched the back of his neck.
"Jeez....." he muttered, "I hope I'm gonna get used to THAT..."
"What happened?" Phil asked, concerned for his friend
"Tactical update from the bug's..." he pulled out his radio "Chrysler to Blue Dwarf...."
 
No response other than static from the radio.
 
"Smeg....."
"Whats up?"
"We need to contact the ship, urgently, but were too far underground...."
"Then lets head to the surface..." Phil suggested.
"Walking will take too long....."
"What...the...hell...." replied Phil when he saw the look on Jay's face.
 
**** The surface ****
 
Kochanski, Harris, Mk6 and Wowbagger were pinned down, the green and black skinned man was launching stinger after stinger in their direction, and theyre own shots back at the alien, were only making minimal damage, if they managed to hit him at all.
The battle was interuppted by the ground erupting between the crew and the alien, and a giant Hymenoptera beetle burst through, skewering the alien with its claws as it climbed out. It was followed by two smalled beetles, Jay, Phil and Seymour riding on their backs.
 
Kochanski, Wowbagger and Harris looked stunned. Mk6 was paying no attention.
"ALOTA!!" Jay yelled into his radio "The ships attacking are hostile, VERY HOSTILE!! GET THE DWARF SOMEWHERE SAFE!!!!!"

Said Alota.In fact, as the ship did pass straight through them, it passed like a ghost through corridors 34-49 on E deck, a pie shop, the gentleman's club on the Promenade and the men's communal showers in the mining department. After it passed through, each of these places had a new inhabitant. One with dark black skin and green eyes.<tag to anyone!
