Personality and Interests
An empty headed animal food trough wiper whos mother was a turtle
and his father smelt of fish.. well, almost. Hugo's a laid back fool
whos hobbies comprise of alcohol, women and something completely,
utterly, splendidly different. Also loves music and can be a little
sarcastic at times.
History
Basic life where not much happened. Not much happened after that and
not much happened before. Infact, this guy hasn't happened since he
happened, so much so that Hugo just happened to apply for a job on
JMC Blue Dwarf.
