Dante wasn't with the group he had had a rather eventful day today, and he
was now really smegged off. He started looking for CK and was told by a
maybe not so reliable source, (Seymour) that he had been killed in a recent
explosion. He then had knocked out McJohn and was now trying to find
something he had never seen.
During his 307 yrs of life 297 of them had been spent killing people. Dante
knew ever trick in the book, he knew more combat techniques than there were
in use in the MARINES. If Dante knew anything he knew that these attacks
where not random but not planned either. Dante had seen the look in Ambers
eyes before, he had seen it in his own. And he knew it was not a good thing
at all.
And Dante had a huge feeling that Amber was in a bad place. He then realised
he was in a bad place to, he had strolled round half the ship trying to find
another recent piece of evidence. He hadn't realised he was alone not
physically, mentally, well his nano's hadn't even crackled for ages.
"Jack Where are you? Jack? Amber you there? Didn't really expect a response
there, Charlie come in?? Nothing"
Dante looked up and saw Amber running straight at him the dark gaze still in
her eyes. Dante thought about letting her run past and try to keep up with
her and talk her out of chasing the killer like a mad thing.
Although its not advisable to stand in front of a semi-possessed half gelf
Dante was rather large. One massive hand gripped the steel pipe above his
head the other gripped onto a hole in the wall. Both his feet stamped in to
the floor. Dante was now ready. Amber ran full pelt into Dante but she
looked as if she hadn't even seen him. The collision up ended Dante and he
flew backwards but managed to wrap his arms round Amber, they both landed on
the floor Amber on top of Dante, in any other situation Dante may have found
this kinky, he had always like Amber she was the first person to give him a
true and honest welcome to the dwarf, ok she only said a few words but he
was happy with that.
"Amber its Dante come back" Amber fought with Dante trying to get free.
Although she was strong very strong in fact Dante was stronger.
Dante looked deep in to Amber's dark eyes and spoke very calmly yet firmly.
"Amber its safe its calm come back, come back to me Amber come back its
safe." The one think Dante knew other than finding and killing things was
psychology, Aurora had taught him a lot in their short time together. "Amber
come back, its safe its calm."
