**Action** The Landing

ooc: i've been given permission to do an action... w00t
Who: all the pilots
when: about the same time jacks bug landed/crashed
where: the planet 1 from the one jay&co crashed on
All the bugs spread out from the 'Dwarf, the Hymenoptera boarded it,
and killed anyone left on it, which, luckily, were all NPC's.
The Endymion, with a new member of its crew, shot through the swarm
of Bug ships, its extra speed and manoeverability making it easy to
dodge most blasts. the ones that did hit weren't powerful enough to
do any damage.
"Ok, we're gonna have to jump out of here, charge her up!" John
called to Severn, sat on the back seat, watching the damage report.
"k." he said plainly, and pushed the button labelled 'jump'
As it does, the Endymion stretched to a very long, thin line, but
before it could vanish, a bug blaster hit the engine cooling system,
and it began to destabilise, but they were already jumping. The
system overheated and shut down automatically over the planet,
everyone seemed to be landing there, mostly crashing there, as the
damage done to the bugs was extensive.
On the planet surface, most bugs landed safely, whether they were in
one piece or not, Alota stepped off the Raven, out into the fresh
air, hoping that Jay had survived, Dean hadn't really been a help at
all, she walked off to a nearby cliff edge, and sat down, looking
out into the vast Jungle below them.
Dean stepped out onto the grass, and looked at the view from the
cliff edge.
"you know, Jays a damn fine pilot, he might have pulled out of
it..." he said, this time being a bit better at the sympathy bit.
"i know" She replied plainly, and got up, walking to the Raven, and
talking to everyone over the radio.
"Everyone, take all the weapons you can carry, we don't know what we
might find here, Rendezvouz at the clearing in the Jungle, co-
ordinates thirty four by seventeen by two four." She grabbed a
bazookoid from the Raven's hold and started walking.
--1 hour later, when everyone appeared at the clearing---
"Is this everyone?" Alota asked Dean, who had the crew datapad.
"We're missing Jack and 22 crewmen, four pilots and three engineers
included in that number." he said, "not including those on
Jays 'Bug".
"ok, we'd better find shelter, i think there were some caves at the
bottom of the mountain south of here" She said, before ordering
everyone to follow her, and starting the long Journey to said
Mountain.
---3 hours later, in another, smaller clearing----
The group had all made it together, no one extra had gone missing,
but as everyone grouped in the clearing, trees started rustling
areound them, and many creatures stepped from them, holding various
weapons. Many of the crew recognised them as Gelf.
"put your weapons down, and you will be escorted to a detention
facility" said the one obviously of higher rank.
"Not a chance!" Alota said, pointing her Bazookoid at them, and
firing. "GIVE THEM HELL!" she shouted, as everyone let rip with
their weapons, but as each Gelf fell, another one stepped from the
trees to take their place. Bazookoid blast after blast flew over
their heads, exploding in the trees behind them, Machine gun fire
peppered them, but they stood fast, firing back. No matter how many
Gelf they took down, more of the Blue dwarf crew were being killed.
"Surrender Now! or be killed" Said the Lead Gelf again, this time
with more meaning in his voice, Many Gelf had gone down in the
firefight, but alot of the generic crewmemebers had been wounded or
killed, Alota knew they were outnumbered, and shouted "hold your
fire!" at which everyone stopped, and watched her put her gun on the
ground, and step away from it. Everyone did the same, letting the
Gelf battleforce take them to the camp, where they were imprisoned.
As the cells began filling up, they were being squashed together in
most, The Gelf hadn't foreseen this many intruders on their land.
Into the same cell as Jack, Alota and Dean were forced in to join
him.
"hi, hos it going?" Jack asked as they sat down, he offered him some
of his homebrew, to which both of them declined, they knew how
powerful it was.
"save it, we may need it later" Alota suggested, it was powerful
enough to sterilise wounds.
"***You will all be put to trial, you are all guilty of trespassing
and 1st degree Murder***" came a Gelf voice over the speakers.
