Who: Xavier (Bot) Keto, Tara
Where: Medical Supply Deck
When: After the pirate attack

"...ME GO!" screamed the metallic, tinny voice of the robot's
speaker as it hurtled forwards, robotic limbs flailing. Tara leapt
to one side as the robot rocketed out of the stasis pod...and
suddenly stopped.
"Let...me...go..." it repeated, voice slowing and then finally
halting. The ring of optical sensors around the robot spun around
once, falteringly, and then Xavier Keto spoke again.
"...how long?"
"About a month or so," replied Tara quietly. The robot turned to
face her.
"And Charles?"
"Alive and restrained in the medibay."
"Right," said Xavier. The robotic speaker didn't allow much in the
way of tone, but Tara had worked for Xavier Keto long enough to just
*assume* that there was a very cold edge to that word.
"What are you going to do?" she asked, stepping forward as the
robot began to roll towards the elevator.
"I'm going to hurt him. A lot," hissed the speaker, "And then I
may either eject him out of an airlock or feed him into the waste
disposal. I haven't quite decided yet."
"Are you sure you want to do that?"
"HE TOOK MY BODY!" yelled Keto, the speaker crackling with white
noise, "HE LOCKED ME IN THIS ROBOT AND STOLE MY BODY!"
"Isn't that a bit hypocritical?" asked Tara, before she could stop
herself.
The robot was silent for a moment.
"That's different," it said eventually, sounding sulky.
"Look, that aside, wouldn't it be better for you to have the body
back, and for Charles to be in the robot?" insisted Tara, "And since
the only people who we know can perform that operation are you and
Charles..."
"So you woke me up to give me my body back?" asked Xavier
incredulously, "Well, that's a surprise."
"Only because Charles is currently a psychotic and dangerous
madman," said Tara, "Whereas at least you're harmless."
"Flattered, I'm sure," growled Xavier, heading towards the
elevator, "Okay, let's get to the medibay. What's happened while
I've been...gone?"

OOC: Tag Tara! And yes, I'm back now, by the way. ;)
