OOC: Me and Phil

I must first off applgose for not posting regulary, but i was diagnosed the other week with clinincal depression and the ironic thing is my concentration has been shot to buggery.
For the moment, treat Phil(and yes MP as well) as NPC's. When i got myself together I'll be back in the blue..so to speak
