Blue Midget Down.....

Gradually the realization dawned on him that a city-sized bright blue
Asylum
was exactly where this man belonged.
Holly voiced his diagnosis, a wide smile stretching from ear to
simulated
ear.
"You'll fit in here nicely."

Who:John and Holly

John's brow furrowed as he tried to make sense of Holly's last
statement.
He had about as much luck with this as he had had on the last few
things the enigmatic computer had told him.
"I suppose that there is no crew then," Smith questioned.
"Why do you say that?"
"Well were are they?"
"They're on the planet Phebe in two landing parties."
John, seeing a way to escape the company of this maddeningly dense
computer, took it.
John rushed down to the launch bay.
Actually he rushed halfway to the launch bay, then realized that the
flight deck was several deckes away.
After a few hours in the Lift, John Smith hopped into the nearest
Blue Midget and flew down (badly) to the planet Phebe.
As he neared the atmosphere, John's only thought was about how he
would finally meet some sane people.
This thought was cut short by two things.
A)He never would meet sane people on Phebe
B)Its difficult to fly a spaceship if the only thought in one's head
has nothing to do with avoiding the flight path of a large flying
creature being shot at by a figure on the ground with beams of energy
coming out of her eyes.
