OOC: Mailserver/Listserver/Whathaveyou

To start: I love British Telecom, who being the helpful souls they
are cut off my phone line for five days without a reason being
given. Hence my silence.
Secondly: I gave up on the Yahoo emails a long, long time ago. Group
site all the way (though even that has its hiccups!)
Thirdly: bear in mind that Yahoo has (semi-)successfully been running
thousands of groups for a couple of years now. Also bear in mind
that with the possible exception of Tim and a couple of others, none
of us has (a) a server to spare (b) the software to make it
worthwhile or (c) the expertise to make it feasible to create our own
mail/list server.
Oh, and this one's free. ;)
Just grin, grit your teeth and remember - it may be Yahoo, but it's
OUR Yahoo.
