"uh oh.. this cannot be good" said jack as he felt something on the
back of his neck (ooc: this ones from sluggy...)
"you know, i am not going to turn round and give you the
satisfaction of seeing the look on my face as you eat me" said jack,
much too calmly...
the growl got louder...
"uh, Jack, don't move..." suggested Keats, bringing his gun to eye
level...
*BLAM* the gun fired, a laser blast shot straight out of the barrel,
heading for right between the eyes of this... thing, as it was just
about to hit it, a spark appeared just by its eye, and the shot was
deflected. Where? we will never know. The growlingonce again got
louder, Jack started to sweat, he took a deep breath, dived forward
and drew his gun, as he turned round, ready to fire the gun, he was
met by two large eyes, and a claw...
"crap, not good" stated jack as he rammed the gun under the chin of
the beast. Just as he was doing so the claw flew towards him, the
trigger was pulled just as the claw struck.. the beast collapsed on
top of Jack.
"NOOOO, Jack, are you ok?" shouted keats as he dived to pull the
beast from on top of Jack (and no, not in that way) The beast was
removed, revealing a crumpled Jack, a rather nasty looking
um... 'hole' in his side, John checked for a pulse...
Is Jack alive? Will Keats be able to get him to a good doctor in
time? will Keats get out of there before more of these things
arrive? What did that deflected laser blast hit? find out next time
