Asteroid!?!?!?
When: NOW!!! Where: Medi ship Who: U.S Jack, Wall eyes, tara, the tree.
Jack: 'Ummm, I think we may of over reacted...'
From the rear of the ship, a manic laughter erupted from tara, and
some random rustles the John could only place to sniggering...
that manic laughter rose up to encompass the entire ship, Tara collapsed,
unable to do anything but laugh, as U.S Jack, gingerly prods the phlegm with
a handy stick, and Wall eyes' sniggering became sobbing, his
alcohol/anti-freeze mix he had been working on for the past week had been
used in one fowl swoop, now draining into the ships computer, John could do
nothing but stand, in shock as it dribbled into the systems, but wuickly
regained his sanity (or as much as he had) when the collision alarm kicks
in, "COLLISION ALERT!!! WE ARE GOING TO HIT... SOMETHING, NOT SURE WHAT,
BUT WE WILL!!!"
Wall eyes: 'not if i can help it!!, sorry for the cliche...' <spins chair
round to face the controls, grabs stick> 'i'm gonna take us through the gap
there'
The bug slowly spins round, facing a large hole through the centre of a
rather large asteroid, face to face with the medi ship, the only way was
through. As the roid closes, Jack has fallen into his waste disposal guy,
and is cowering in the corner, having a nice conversation with himself,
probably the shrink, but we will never know... But as the bug speeds to
meet with the hole, the roid begins to spin, throwing johns plan out the
preverbial window, but, luckily, the roid was a strange shape, and somehow,
managed to have a perfectly bug shaped tunnel in the place it was going to
hit, which seemed to John and Jack, to be rather useful... Tara, still on
the floor, nearly unconscious from lack of air, rolling around as the ship
is carried through the conduit type tunnels of the roid... It seemed to be
that Tara was in on these happenings, we can but wait.
Jack: woah... is this cave meant to be here???
John: i don't think it is a cave... <turns on wipers> ok, another smudge on
the bug, there never was a roid there...just, is that my beer smearing all
over the window????
