Jasmine was walking down the corridors on her way to Eve's quarters
to have a chat, while Cerebrum was dancing throughout the corridors,
tossing rises around and handing out heart shaped cards.
They passed one another and not only did Jasmine recieve a hug from
Cerebrum, but a kiss, some roses and a heart shaped card.
She forced a smile and said thanks and hurried onto Eve's quarters
in fear he'd call her back.
She got to the door and knocked quickly and loudly.
"Hang on, hang on" could be heard from the other side.
The doors opened, Eve looked at Jasmine and what was in her arms and
laughed.
"You too, huh?" She said letting Jasmine in, who then saw the same
items that were in her own arms on Eve's table.
"I think he's taken something, he's out of his tree." Jasmine said
putting the roses and card on the table with the others
"Actually he's forgotten to take something." Eve corrected her, "Care
for a drink?"
"Got any alcohol? I could really do with a shot of bourbon." Jasmine
sat down
"Yeah, but don't tell anyone okay, I'm not meant to, under-age and
all, plus there's an alcohol ban at the moment." Eve poured Jasmine a
shot and got herself a glass of milk and sat down.
"So what's wrong?"
"Apart from being fired?" Jasmine drank her bourbon in one go, put
the glass down and crossed her legs and arms.
"Yeah apart from being fired."
"Dean forgot about me on Valentines Day, I didn't get anything and I
haven't seen him since we..." She paused and looked a little guilty
"You mean, you and Dean have finally..."
Jasmine stopped her before Eve said anything disgusting
"Made love, yes Dean and I made love the other day for the first
time, many times and I haven't seen him since... I feel so used and
depressed. I don't understand, the future echo's showed us married
and with kids, because of those visions I've become more attached to
him then I would be" Jasmine couldn't help it she began crying.
"There, there Jas, I didn't get anything Zodar either, in fact its
been since the polymorph since I've seen him and even then we didn't
get a chance to talk... It's so hard to be dating someone, never
seeing them you don't know where you stand with them, its horrible."
Eve too began crying
The girls wiped their eyes and blew their noses.
"I won't cry over a flyboy." Jasmine said suddently "And you're only
seventeen, you're too young to be crying over love, you're not to cry
either."
"You're going somewhere with this, aren't you/"
"If those boys want us, they'll have to put more effort in."
