Polymirth
Who: Elwood, PM1 and PM2
Where: Random corridor number X
When: Sometime between now and then
------------------------------------
After a long period of recharging ((OOC: vague excuse for not being
around much)), Elwood decided to return to the site of his Starbug
crash. Even though there was nothing he could have done to avoid the
accident, he still felt guilty about it.
If a puddle of oily water could have glanced at the skutter as he
passed, then it would have. But lacking eyes, it decided not to,
instead going down the route of morphing into a blob and aiming a
sucker towards Elwood's clawed head.

Elwood slowly raised his head, scanning the corridor carefully. What
happened? How had he been shut off again?
Then he remembered where he was going, and whirred off down the
corridor again.

Reaching the crashsite, which was completely flooded with popcorn and
totally impassable, Elwood wondered why he'd come here. It wasn't to
clean up... it wasn't his fault, so why should he bother?
Deciding that it must have been to try and steal the Starbug again,
the skutter coasted towards the green craft, which was still just
about visible over the sea of crunchy snacks.
He managed to get nearly 1 metre into the popcorn before he lost
forward traction. Reversing and trying again produced the same result.
After a few more attempts, Elwood gave up and buzzed away.

"If only I had a proper body..." he mused as he travelled, not
noticing the large vampire bat that was hanging from the
ceiling; "... then I could do more"
"What's stopping you from getting one?" came a voice from behind him.
Elwood turned, and was greeted by a tall man, resplendent in a black
hat, black jacket, black trousers, black shoes, black tie and a white
shirt. His eyes sparkled behind his sunglasses.
"E-E-Elwood Blues?" the skutter stuttered, moving a little closer.
"Yep... so what's your problem little guy?" the fictional blues
performer asked, kneeling down to be nearer the droid's height.
"Wow... I didn't know you really existed" Elwood said; "And you're
here to help me?"
"Yes" Blues replied with a smile.
After a moment's awed silence, Elwood told the human about how he
wished he had a proper body, and why.
"You wanna drive a spaceship like I drove the Bluesmobile?" Blues
asked after Elwood had finished; "There's nothing wrong with that.
What's stopping you?"
"There aren't enough compatible parts. I couldn't even hijack WD-40's
body. I'm only able to link with other skutters"
"Again, what's stopping you?"
"I don't want to steal their bodies!" Elwood said quickly; "As much
as the other skutters annoy me, I couldn't bear to hurt them"
The Blues Brother smiled, his teeth being pushed aside as a sucker
shot out and sucked out the skutter's morality.
"Now go and do what you have to do" the demi-human said, before
morphing into a dragonfly and buzzing away down the corridor.

"All systems are functioning at 100%"
When Elwood's head raised itself this time, there was no question as
to what had happened. His guardian angel had appeared and given him a
gift...
"Elwood to all skutters" he communicated through his system; "Report
to my position immediately. I have found some unused cowboy
costumes..."
Elwood "bwahaahaahaa! i have no guilt or morals anymore" the skutter
