Eve had her blob contained and in her lab, under lock and key, this
time. After getting a memo about a newbie to the department she
thought she'd look for him, she may have only been assistant chief
but as the chief, chief was no where to be found lately she took it
upon herself to welcome him and lay down the rules...
Andrew had left Alexis office after his hostile encounter with Rufus
and was heading for his own quarters, his head was down and he wasn't
looking at where he was walking, he walked straight into Eve, even
with her effects to avoid the bump.
"Oh! I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking" Andrew began
"Arh, that's alright, no body really does around here" Eve then
remembered her manners.
"I'm Eve Lola Rimmer, Assistant Chief Science Officer"
"I'm Andrew Aman, Biological Scientist, just got in"
Eve looked him over, his scar making an impact on her brain.
<Hey I dig scars and I wouldn't look if my boyfriend spent some time
with me, even if he named his creation after me... oh wait no he
didn't, it just happened to be like that>
"Your a bit young ain't you?" forgetting her manners.
"So are you!"
"I'm 17!"
"So am I!"
Things got awkward.
"Oh.... so arh... just got in today eh?"
"Yeah I did..."
"Met any of the other staff yet?"
"Yeah Alexis and Rufus, don't think he likes me"
"Don't worry about him.... so Biological Scientist eh, you could help
me with something"

Andy looks at her a bit more confidently. "Yeah, so what can i help
you with.
Eve looked at him and replied nervously "I've made a blob but it wont
behave"
As Andy stares on bewilldered he repeated her. "A blob which won't
behave, sounds like it needs disciplining"
"Maybee you'll have to see it for your self." she said as she grabs
his hand and drags him off towards her lab.
As they arrived at her room Andy had a sudden moment of
foreboading. "Is this the same blob which ate it's way through half
of the ship.
The reply he got was "Ummmmmm, yeah"
A shiver ran up his spine as he started wondering what he'd got
himself into.
Eve opens the door and invites him in. As they enter they notice the
blob asleep on the floor.
"Thats the blob that everyone was talking about"
"Yeah that's him"
"He looks so innocent"
"He is, he's just misguided"
"OK so how can I help?
