"My god, they've finally done it," Cerebrum stated. "This contract
must be the first in existence that doesn't have a lot of fine print
at the end. The whole thing's fine print."
He then pulled out his pencil, and signed on the dotted line.
"The department doesn't believe in red tape, it just gums up the
works." Cain explained taking the contract from Cereburm. "Just
remember the part about not using the deparment in any way for
personal gain, money, power, etc, its' all there in the contract."
Cain put the contract away into the hidden depths of his coat. "When
I return to one of the department's outposts with one of those bugs,
if those idiots did indeed return with one, you are coming with me.
You will need to prove yourself."
