Phil pushed the manhole off the top of the pipe, and climbed out into a large chamber, "Ok, youre the navigator, where are we?"
 
"Where are we?" Jay said, "Well in my professional opinion as cheif navigation officer, taking into account wind direction, the position of the sun, and the direction the water's flowing I'd say we were lost"
"Professional opinion?"
"Phil, were in a room I've never seen before, in a castle on a world I've never heard of before recently, HOW THE SMEG SHOULD I KNOW WHERE WE ARE?!"
"Point" Phil started walking down a corridor, lined with torches. "Well" he said, "Judging by the fact that that way is a dead end, I think we go this way"
Jay took a torch off the wall and caught up with Phil.
"Can you hear that?" Jay said,
"What?"
"SSH!"
Phil stopped moving so that he wasnt even making noise from his footsteps. "WHAT?"
"You can't hear it? That buzzing noise, sounds, almost electrical, the kind of noise that comes from engineering, or Keto's quarters....."
"Buzzing noises from Keto's quarters?"
"I didnt ask" Jay replied "It's coming from this direction.."
They came to a large wooden door, bolted shut with a large iron lock. "Hold this" Jay said and passed the torch to Phil, then unsheathed the sword Sir Cullus had given him earlier and placed it behind the padlock, placing one foot on the wall, he pulled the sword away, The lock stayed intact, only becuase the wood of the door was rotten, it was ripped away, leaving an impressive sized hole where the lock had been. 
"Jay, check this out" Phil said, walking into the room, "I didnt think machinery could operate on this planet?"
Jay entered, looking around he whistled as he laid eyes on the impressive display of computer stations, dials and meters, and in the centre, what looked like an immense generator. 
"This must be the dampening field generator!"  Jay said, "The thing that prevents our equipment from working!"
Phil nodded, "This stuff's way ahead of our technology."
"Mate, the Curry's refunds department is ahead of us in technology.."
"No I'm serious, look" he was watching one of the monitors "STCP?..." he muttered, "They built this?"
"That could explain why Darken was here, must have been built to imprison him" ( see post 5894 "The Second day as Captain... Hamster!?!" )
"anyway" Jay said "Can you shut it down?"
"I dont know..this stuff's way too advanced..maybe if I had my lab equipment..."
"Newsflash Phillip, your lab equipment wouldnt work if you HAD it!""Point...I can figure it out, just give me half an hour or so"
"SOD THAT!" Jay said, and pulled the plug from the wall. 
After a few minutes the machine came to rest, a dull whining eventually ceasing.
"Has it worked?" Phil said
"Lets find out" Jay said, pulling out his mobile...
 
 
<In the ladies toilets>
 

The Orcs started to batter the door down with their vlkubs.
"Only one other way out." said Jasmine, looking distastefully at the bog.
"Oh god." said WW
 
*RIIIIIIIIIIIIING*
 
"What the?" Alota muttered, and reached into her pocket, pulling out her mobile.
"Sorry captain.." she apologised and answered "Hello?, Jay? where are you? you better not have been drinking again! what do you mean you've 'discovered electricity?'...oh whatever goodbye Jay, I'll talk to you when your sober!"
Everyone looked at Alota. "It was Jay, he's with Phil..I think theyre drunk, talking about electricity..." 
"alota.." White Wolf said "You're phone..it worked..Jay and Phil must have shut down the field!"

With That Jay and Phil ran off after Darken
 
Jay without thinking dived headlong into the water, Phil followed, only he landed in the shallow bit, hitting the waterbed with a sickening  'Splunch' (Splash and crunch when you mix em up!).
He staggered to his feet, then waded through the water, until he foudn the deep end and dissapeared under the water, re-emrging  a few times, catching his breath and then finally, diving.
He caught up to Jay, who pointed in the hamsters direction, Darken caught sight of Jay, his eyes narrowed, and he hurled a small stone in at him, which filled the area infront of him with a thick black ink. 
"Cant see a smegging thing!" Jay thought, he would have said it outloud, but water has a funny way of preventing that from happening in any comprehendable way. Instead, he splashed about a bit and sank to the bottom. 
 
Phil, had lost sight of Darken, and swam back to Jay, who was pulling at an iron grille against the wall, he pointed behind it, and Phil, looking through it saw that it was a primative sewer pipe, with light shining down at regular intervals above. He helped Jay, and together, with help form Phils Thursday powers and lucky pants, pulled the grille from the wall, and swam up the pipe, the light came from vertical pipes, with manholes above. They broke the surface simultaneously, breathing deeply.
 
"Smeg...man.." Jay panted "My lungs are burning..."
Phil, who wasnt as out of breath as Chrysler, due to his gelf dna, and the fact that Jay was a crap swimmer siad "Cant believe the smegger got away, c'mon. lets climb" he pointed at the ladder, and pulled himslef up the first few rungs, Jay followed. "Dude, did you see the way he looked at me? Almost as if he had a personal grudge against me!"

He's him getting away, and I doubt can get out of this armour fast enough to follow him..." remarked White Wolf hastily trying to strip off pieces of the storm trooper armour as he walks in the direction Darken went, then pausing as he noticed one of the BD crewmembers break away from the Wooden Bunny conflaguration and head over towards him.
