Chief Science Officer - Phil FeBuggureName: Phil FeBuggure.Position: Scientist and Inventor of Gizmos.Sex: Male.Age: 60607Appearance:  5 foot 10 inches, 10 Stone, Blue/Black eyes, black hair, Human(though technically now a gelf)Personality and interests:  Likes Flicking elastic bands at people(normally in the groin area) Pizza(pepporoni) Time Loops(see later)   Hates Fish, has a fear of crabs in particular Time Loops.History  Phill was killed whilst on litter patrol for JMC. He was then made into the holgram for his ship (The JMC Chicken Korma). Not long after this , The Chicken Korma was invloved in an accedent involving a singularity, a Simulant and a jam doughnut. This had the side effect of putting Phil in a time loop, like the old earth film "Groundhog Day".  He is being forced to relive the same decade over and over again. This has the advantages that he knows about certain things before they happen(like the Europa Lottery numbers ). It also has the disadvantage that he sometimes knows what's going to happen(Like any "suprise" episodes of "Androids"). Phil doesn't know everything, but can remeber stuff that has happened to him before, espcially if it is important or involving facts about pretty women(like in Groundhog day). He is currently on his 6061st loop.
 
Asome point in his past he also manged to get hold a a PC that can remember stuff through his time loops. For some unkown reason, it decided that it's name would be "Saddam" after the 20th centuray half-wit dictator.  He transferred to the Blue Dwarf for a differnt persepective on things. He got it. When on a mission to the planet Ffion, Phil was knocked off line and taken to a place in the future, where, it was revealed that some planets regarded him as a god. In the wisdom of those that took him(ie none), they decided that their god should be givin a new body, complete with tripple helix DNA and 2 new base pairs. It does had a bonus that It allows Phil to become superhuman, but for some odd reason, only on Thursdays.Favourite Sayings:"Cower before be breif mortal."
