OOC - Amusement park

Alright all,
The amusement park idea is somewhat adrift from the original concept of a Roo outpost, but it's no big deal; we'll just say that there's another portal through to the outpost somewhere in or around the park and once that's found we can get on

In the meantime, it would appear that the group is in an alternate dimension
Feel free to go crazy with psycho stalker killer clowns, alien slavers, puritanical uber-fascists or whatever else you can come up with
