Follow the White Rabbit

Jaxx and Davie were walking back to camp with a huge haul of fish. Davie said, "Jaxx I think you caught more than we can eat this time." Jaxx responded, "I did that on purpose. I plan on using some for bait later on the snare traps you wanted to make." Davie nodded, "Good thinking. Though we will want to make a few with plants in case our prey don't eat meat." Jaxx thought for a second and then looked at Davie, "Good thinking."

Davie looked at Jaxx and said, "You know Cass is gonna freak when she sees you back in shark mode." Jaxx smirked as he said, "Like I care what the demon queen thinks of me. Most of the crew fears her brain box and what she can do to them but not me. She may be smarter than me but I know she fears me deep down inside. If you watch her closely you can tell she masks her fear with anger. The sad irony is that before she confessed her plan to kill me I would have taken a bullet for her." Davie looked at Jaxx with shock and asked, "What about the rest of the crew?" Jaxx thought for a minute and then said, "I'm gonna try to work on my people skills and hope to meet a few of you all on some kind of middle ground." Davie nodded, "That's a start. Hey is that Jay up ahead? What is he doing?" Davie and Jaxx looked at Jay shoot arrows down a hole. Jaxx said, "Whats Flyboy up to now?" Davie answered, "Not sure but I bet it can't be good."

The group looked up, as Jay lowered his bow.
“What the smeg happened? White Wolf, you're a smegging hamster, and you can't handle a hole?” he asked
The group didn't get to answer, the ground beneath them opened up again and they all fell even further undergound.
Jay shouted after them, but couldn't hear a response.
“Shit” he muttered, slinging the bow over his shoulder and leapt into the hole to follow.

Davie and Jaxx ran to the hole to look for Jay and nothing but darkness. Davie yelled down the hole, "JAY HOLD UP. WE ARE COMING AFTER YA!" Davie and Jaxx waited for a response, but heard nothing. Jaxx looked up at Davie and said, "You might want a weapon before we go down there." Davie nodded as they dropped their fish nearby. Davie grabbed a knife and a hatchet while Jaxx used a stick to carve a message into the ground. Davie looked at the message and read it, "Jay went down the hole. Davie and Jaxx went after him." followed by an arrow to the hole. Davie nodded and said, "Short and sweet. Come on Jaxx we need to find Jay quickly." Jaxx nodded and jumped into the hole first followed by Davie.
