"Holly! You heard what I said. Get the Emergency Armament Directive online.
Everyone is to be armed." she ordered, then slouched back on the chair.
"No wonder Jay never had time to do all this paperwork..."

Who: Seymour and Alota
Where: Captain's Quarters
When: After the Mollopods board the Blue Dwarf
Seymour skipped happily down the corridor to the Captains Quarters. He used the
keycard which Amber had given him and opened the door.
He stuck his nose into the apartment and grinned. Once upon a time these lavish
quarters had been his, when he used to be Captain, but since then he'd moved
into the Royal Ambassadorial Suite. The Ambassadorial suite was a massive
apartment, it had all the space for Seymour's antique furniture and more, but
there was something special about the Captain's Quarters.
Seymour stepped through. They weren't as large as his own quarters, and they
weren't quite as impressive. But the difference was the symbolism that they
held. These were literally the quarters where the most important man on the ship
lived.
As Amber was only acting-Captain, she hadn't moved into here herself, so Seymour
assumed that if he moved in, a new Captain (whoever that would be) would have to
live somewhere else. He couldn't possibly be evicted twice. They just wouldn't
do that to him, not to a Royal Ambassador.
He stopped and remembered the pain as he thought about his former title. He kept
having to remind himself that he wasn't a Royal Ambassador any more.
He looked around the quarters. Jay had moved his most important furniture out
(like his Xbox), but there was still quite a lot of things left. Seymour crossed
his arms. "Well this will all have to go." he said, and started throwing
ornaments and items out into the hallway. Electronic items, gadgets, books,
magazines and anything Seymour could get hold of were thrown out into the
corridor. Then he started moving the drawers and pushing them outside.
He pushed some drawers down a short flight of stairs, which rolled over and hit
a Mollopod at the bottom.
The Mollopod exploded into a mess of sticky goo.
"Oh lord." Said Seymour, as he saw what he'd done. He'd forgotten all about the
invasion of the Mollopods.
A security team pushed past him. "It looks like we got here too late." Said
Jayne, to her team. "This one's dead, check the area and make sure he didn't
have a buddy. We're setting the front-line here." She crouched behind Jay's
furniture which Seymour had pushed out into the corridor. "Nice barricade Mr
Ambassador." She said approvingly.
"I wasn't doing that on purpose you nitwit." Seymour shouted. "And I've been
trying to get everyone to call me 'Mister Ambassador' for years, and now as soon
as I'm not, you start! Are you deliberately trying to insult me?"
Jayne held back a smirk.
There was a clinking sound of metal on metal and Seymour watched as a grenade
bounced between his legs.
"MOOOOVE!" Shouted Jayne to everyone, but it was too late. The grenade exploded
in all of their faces.
Seymour forced his eyes open, and realised he wasn't actually dead. He did seem
to be tied up by lots of slippery yellow rope. He fought against the bonds, but
there were too many strands covering him that they were tangling up into knots.
"What the hell is this?" He asked the security officers, who were all tied up in
a similar substance.
"Spaghetti grenade." Said Jayne. "The Mollopods use them to distract us to that
they can... INCOMING!"
A fat Mollopod climbed up the pile of Jay's household items which Seymour had
made and did a belly flop straight onto Jayne. Her hands were tied up in
spaghetti, but she managed to free her legs and give the fat alien a severe knee
to the stomach. He fell backwards and she stomped onto his face and pinned him
down.
"Shoot him!" She cried. But everybody else was struggling to untangle themselves
out of the pasta.
