Snowball fight!

The glow of green came through the snow behind them. It was an army of
Hymenoptera, lead by Queen Brittany – the Hymenoptera's new Queen. She was held
aloft on a throne suspended between two huge Ladybirds. Ladybirds aren't
normally the most aggressive of insects, but these made up for it by their sheer
size. Surrounding her was a formation of a hundred spiders, each with either
just a Human head, or a Human torso carrying a bazukoid in their muscular arms.

Who: Justin Pancake and everyone else
Where: Snow, near the landed Blue Dwarf, prison planet
When: After the Hymenoptera army arrived
The Hymenoptera army marched right up to the JMC Blue Dwarf, which had been
landed on the planet, where it was being covered by the thick fluffy snow. The
Human crew of the Blue Dwarf watched from a snowdrift on a cliff above, as the
Hymenoptera systematically killed all mimes which were currently guarding the
`Dwarf. When they were done, the insect killing machines stood and guarded the
spaceship.
Justin walked back to the group, his experience with Potential showing him the
past, present and future had made him more wise about his goals in life. As he
joined the other Humans, he could hear Captain Chrysler telling them his battle
plan.
"The Hymenoptera have seized the Blue Dwarf." He told them. Justin looked at the
blue ship in the distance, surrounded by insects. He thought that was obvious,
but maybe there were some people stuck at the back who couldn't see.
"We don't have any weapons." Jay said.
Justin wondered if this was the best speech to give, as it was starting to sound
depressing.
"Some of the Hymenoptera soldiers have bazukoids. So take weapons from them."
"Easier said than done." Muttered Justin.
"What was that?" Said the Captain and singled Justin out.
"I err…. I just meant it would be hard… sir." Said Justin.
"We all know that Ensign." Said Chrysler, who was already suspicious of Justin.
"Do you have any better ideas?"
Justin thought for a moment. "No. Sorry." He looked at his shoes.
Jay continued to should his battle plan. "If we can kill the Queen, the others
will fall back, because there's nothing for them to fight for anymore."
Justin nodded, but wasn't listening anymore. He started to make a snowman. He
rolled a ball of snow and placed it atop his existing pile, and poked two holes
for eyes.
"Are you listening Ensign Pancake?" Chrysler scolded.
"Em… yes Sir.. I was just…."
The Captain looked at the snowman and his eyes widened. "Justin you've just
given me a fantastic idea!"
"Eh?" Pancake stood forward and accidentally kicked the snowman he had built. It
fell over and started rolling down the hill towards the Blue Dwarf. As it
rolled, it grew in size and seed. When it reached the bottom of the gentle slope
it was a snowball the size of an elephant. It rolled into a squad of Hymenoptera
who were crushed by the weight of snow.
"Everyone start rolling snowballs!" Said Crysler, rolling another down the hill
which took out several more Hymenoptera at the bottom.
Everyone started, some people rolling, and some people throwing snowballs at the
insects.
As the battle started, Captain Chrysler turned to Justin and Rufus, and all of
the other engineers and scientists who were lingering behind. "I want you to get
onto the Blue Dwarf as soon as possible." He said. "See if you can activate the
automatic turrets to help us out, and then war up the wormhole drive."
Rufus held up a piece of paper. "I've got the instructions for how to get back
to our dimension sir!" He said.
"Good work. Where did you get them?" Asked the Captain.
"A time traveller sir."
Captain Chrysler frowned in confusion, but there was no time to ask questions.
The battle had started. "Good work. See if you can sneak past the Hymenoptera
and get onboard."
