Justin leaped into the air with joy. Potential wasn't even disturbed by Justin's
sick fantasy to rule the galaxy. In fact he seemed to be encouraging it.

Where: A spacestation
When: The future
Justin appeared in the future. He looked around at the glowing metal plates, and
pulsing lights that show a technologically advanced future. "Ooh shiny!" He
said. "Where are we?"
"We are on a spacestation in your future." Said Potential. "The JMC is going to
launch a new ship. Look out of that window."
Justin looked out of the window and saw a spaceship docked onto an arm of the
spacestation they were in.
"Wow that's a cool ship. It looks a bit like a typical JMC brick design, but
covered in green insect spikes." Justin said, pressing his face against the
glass. "And the name… the name is… Infinite Perversions!"
"It's a ship made using the very best of Human and Hymenoptera technology." Said
Potential. "And it's all yours."
"Mine?"
"Yes. You are going to be made its Captain. Just watch."
Justin watched a ceremony unfold in the room they were in. Justin saw the future
version of himself, he looked older, and was wearing a green JMC uniform. He
also had the biggest sideburns that he'd ever seen.
"Woah! Look at those chops!" Justin said, impressed.
Potential sniggered. "In the future, sideburns become extremely fashionable. You
actually made those by gluing pubic hair to your face."
Justin shrugged his shoulders. "At least I'm Captain of a cool ship."
They watched as an Admiral gave future Justin a medal, and declared that the JMC
`Infinite Perversions' was his ship. Also in the crowd were many Hymenoptera,
and even some that were half Human and half Hymenoptera. Justin pointed to them.
"Look, I've seen those halfcasts in the mime universe. Will he same happen
here?"
"Definitely." Said Potential. "Humans and Hymenoptera become allies, and start
to experiment with crossbreeds."
"Cool!" Said Justin. "I might become half Hymenoptera afterall!"
Justin stopped watching and turned to Potential, and shook his hand. "Thanks for
showing this to me mate! It's really shown me what I need to do in life!"
Potential grinned. "I told you you had Potential." He said.
"But can I ask you one question?" Justin asked, hesitantly. "If this all comes
true…. And Humans become allies with Hymenoptera… will a lot of people die?"
Potential hesitated before replying. "Certainly".
"Oh." Said Justin, feeling a little guilty. "How many?"
"Lots."
Justin bit his finger nervously. "Anyone I know?"
"Yes." Said Potential. "Everyone on the Blue Dwarf." He said.
"Oh." Said Justin.
Two emotions gripped him, panic and guilt. He wanted so much the power and
responsibility of being a starship Captain. But didn't want to kill everyone he
knew just to get it. These weren't small decisions that he had to make, it
looked like they would affect the entire universe.
"Take me back." He said to Potential. "I know what I have to do."
They appeared on the snow-covered prison planet, watching the army of
Hymenoptera approach the Blue Dwarf.
