Why so Unlucky

Just then, the simmering ointment on Keto's Bunsen burner tipped and spilled over Wolfgang's foot. He jumped around in pain as it burned away his shoe.
"That's incredible. The likelihood of that happening must be really low."
As he hopped around, the sleeve of Wolfgang's uniform caught on the Bunsen burner, setting it on fire.
Then, a shelf on the wall that previously looked sturdy fell and dropped heavy medical books onto Wolfgang's head.
"You're really unlucky today." Said Keto.

Wolfgang Sweetsly yells in pain as a cascade of heavy medical books falls onto his head making him crumple to the floor.
He then begins to roll about on the floor and manages to put out the flames on his uniform which he had caught on the Bunsen burner but cursed and splutterd as his uniform and fingers became singed.
Wolfgang then realised his shoe was still continuing to burn away from the simmering ointment that had dropped onto it, so he then managed to flick his damaged shoe off with his other foot and sent it sailing through the air to hit Keto right in the crotch.
Keto then bent down low and grabbed his injured crotch and with watery eyes said "hrm it appears there may be a little residual side-effect that also affects Wolfgang's actions so that when he tries to do something he will also be even more unlucky".
Wolfgang meanwhile managed to scramble back up to his feet as he turned to leave the room in which Keto was performing his experiments he stumbled and tripped over a particularly large medical book as he tried to make his way out of the door.
This effect on Wolfgang caused him to stagger as he just about managed to make it through the door and bump into a nearby unsuspecting crewmember.
However the unsuspecting crewmember will leave wanting to turned out to be a very large broad muscular individual, and as this person turned around to see who it was who had bumped into them and from their expression on their face it was clear that they knew and recognised Wolfgang immediately as did Wolfgang as he looked up into the face of the person who he had bumped into.
Wolfgang upon recognising you it was he had bumped into then managed to stutter "Omar Mavek, as I live and breathe, vat do you think you're doing here, the last thing I remember was that you wear in the bucket blue dwarf's prison".
"Anyway no matter shouldn't you be helping by cleaning out the recycling receptacles on this star bug after all that all you're good for"?
Omar Mavek glared at Wolfgang Sweetsly and responded by saying "listen to me you cretinous goit I may have the misfortune to be related to you quite I don't think I'm going to stand here and listen to you speak to me like that".
"Besides I have come up in the world and I am fully qualified to operate the weapons of Star bugs and fly them if need be as they say it's all in the game".
Wolfgang suddenly became enraged and snorted at Omar saying "I am blue dwarf's health and safety officer and I see you're in direct violation of health and safety codes, just look at you, I will not stand idly by and let you will belittle me I will give you ze thrashing of your life".
Wolfgang then waves his arms about in the windmill fashion and begins to swing his arms and hands at Omar slapping his hands against his huge torso having little effect.
Omar feeling absolutely nothing of what Wolfgang is trying to do to him just sighs and grabs Wolfgang by the front of his uniform and taking a firm all throws him to one side contemptuously.
Wolfgang is then sent spiralling through the air into the cockpit of the star bug and crash lands into the lap of Captain Jay Chrysler.
"What are you doing, you fool get off of me before you kill us all" yells Jay.
Wolfgang overlooks immensely terrified as he realises he has ended up sprawling across the Captains lap and flails his arms about trying to write himself but in doing so one of his hands catches some buttons on the console and hits the main thruster control of the star bug sending it careering across the void of space in a crazed diagonal direction as Captain Jay fought to regain control while trying to shove a terrified Wolfgang off his lap.
As the star bug can read through space in random crazed random directions throwing crewmembers inside the star bug all over the place.
Fortunately as a result for the crazed jolting directions the star bug was going in this was enough to dislodge Wolfgang off of Captain Jay's lap but unfortunately in the process all kinds other shoe became snagged on Jay's belt buckle via the shoe laces but as the jolting action of the star bug shook everybody around Wolfgang managed to slip his foot out of his shoe and scramble away just in time for Jay to regain complete control of the star bug.
Wolfgang then hurried out of the star bug's cockpit in his socks and now minus his other shoe which was now caught on Captain Jay's belt buckle.

She said 'take this with you', Mk.10" she translated. The sounds she had made were the Hymenoptera language. Mk.10 took it. His curiosity algorithm sparked up and forced him to open it slightly. He closed it soon after. "Probably a good idea." He said, putting it with everything else he was going to be taking.
Rosette-the-giant-spider then sat in silence near the airlock, her test was going to be ready soon.

Wolfgang hobbled around in his bright orange socks as he tried to make his way to the back of the star bug in hope of finding some replacement footwear from a storage locker whilst at the same time keeping an eye out for Seymour Nipples.
Unfortunately for Wolfgang he turned the wrong way down a short corridor in the star bug and instead of going to the storage area he stumbled towards the airlock where Rosette in her giant spider form happened to be.
"mein got vat is das" he said gambling in fear as he groped his way forward in the dim light to whatever large form it was that was lurking in the dim light.
But as Wolfgang got closer he sought to his horror as his eyes opened wide in fear that it was a giant human side spider and he then rapidly turned very pale and started screaming hysterically over and over.
Wolfgang then dropped to his knees and while screaming reached out with his arms to grab a hold of the nearest thing the comfort, this thing turned out to be Amber's left leg to which he held on to for dear life.
Amber in response snarled at Wolfgang saying "what do you think you're doing get off my leg" whilst at the same time shook her left leg to try and shake Wolfgang off.
But Wolfgang in his fear held on ever tighter so in response she smacked him about the head with the back of her hand repeatedly that whether Wolfgang was so terrified he just continued to hold on.
Amber then glanced behind her as she heard a noise come from the doorway which led into the airlock accessed area and saw that it was a fellow blue dwarf crew member and his name tag read Omar Mavek.
He sidled up to Amber and bent down deftly removing the terrified Wolfgang from her leg, saying "sorry about Wolfgang humping your leg that really should be my kind of job".
However he immediately saw the look in Amber's eyes as she raised a fist in response aiming it in his direction at which point he decided to make a sharp exit with Wolfgang still screaming under one arm.
Omar Mavek despite the fact that he despised Wolfgang felt a little sorry for him and carried him towards where the chemical decontamination shower was and shoved him in and activated the shower to get rid of Wolfgang's unlucky streak.
Moments later Wolfgang having found it clean and dry uniform and a pair of shoes made his way through the star bug to find Seymour.
As soon as he found him Wolfgang discussed his concerns with Seymour about Rosette feeling that she was a health and safety risk to blue dwarf and that she could be potentially dangerous and that such creature should not be allowed on blue dwarf unsupervised.
Seymour having listened to Wolfgang's concerns agreed with him as he too also had his own issues with rosette going onto blue dwarf so the two of them hatched a plan.
Later Wolfgang and Seymour managed to smuggle themselves aboard the space eagle piloted by Jay in a empty cargo crate, and as he dropped Rosette and Mk.10 off meters away from blue dwarf the two of them in space suites equipped with thruster packs jumped out of the space eagle minutes after Rosette and Mk.10, and followed them at a discreet distance so that they would not be noticed.
