When the door opened, Barf and Mk9 saw these weird bunny creatures
with shiny
orbs glowing on the tip of each ear. "Barf, Mk9," Dent said. "I'd like
you to meet
the Halkons."
<end snip>
Who: Seymour, Barf, Mk9
Where: Halkon Homeworld
When: After being on Halkon for a few hours
Barf and Mk9 were slightly freaked out by the overbearing generosity
of the Halkons. The cute, furry bunnies had been nothing but nice to
them ever since they had landed.
"I thought these guys were supposed to be the enemy?" said Mk9.
"Well obviously we were mistaken." Said Seymour. "They seem incredibly
pleasant to me, and they do make a delicious cup of tea!" he said
sipping tea from a tiny teacup with his little pinkie extended.
A happy pink bunny with large doe eyes happily replaced Seymour's
empty teacup with another when he had finished.
"I just think
no race in the galaxy should be this nice. They MUST
have a flaw. All aliens who are nice to us turn out to be evil or
something." Said Mk9 cautiously.
"Maybe not. What if we've found the only exception." Said Seymour.
"The one race in the entire galaxy that actually are too good to be true."
"Well it's a shame we're going to nuke them all." Said Barf sullenly
putting his hands in his pockets.
Seymour spat out his tea. "The Nukes! We have to stop them!"
"We can't contact the ships in orbit. I tried like a million times."
Said Barf.
Seymour slapped his thigh in frustration, making himself bruise. "So
who were those angry looking short fellows with the many arms we saw
on the moon?"
"Well
" started Barf. "We didn't tell anyone at the time, but me,
Harris and Rika found residual holographic energy in places they were."
"They were holograms?"
Barf shrugged. "Probably."
"Who created them?"
"The only holographic projectors we found were on the-"
"Ffionion ship!" Said Mk9, working it out. "They made us think the
Halkons were evil just so we'd come and help them flatten this planet!"
"Typical. Just typical." Said Seymour and sipped some more tea.
Mk9 looked up at the beautiful surroundings and landscape they were
in, it looked like the set of the Teletubbies. As he was a robot with
sensors more sensitive than human's, something caught Mk9's attention.
He looked up at the sky.
"Um
guys." He said. "I think it's too late to warn the others.
They've already launched the nukes!"
The three Blue Dwarfers looked upwards, as did thousands of genuinely
nice fluffy Halkons to see several nukes raining down upon them.

Who: Amber and Rika
Where: A Starbug around Halkon
When: A few moments earlier
Amber sat poised over the red button in front of her. She had no love
of the Halkons, or at least the fakes ones she had just met. But
still, launching a nuke to kill millions of people wasn't easy. Faces
of innocent people she'd never met haunted her.
But she was here doing her job. The decision had been made by someone
higher up the chain of command. The responsibility wasn't hers. All
she had to do was push the button when they told her to. That's it.
How can you feel guilty if all you're doing is pressing a button?
Her palms were sweaty.
Finally the sign she was dreading came through. It was a txt from Jay.
"A text message?" she scoffed. "They're telling me to launch a nuclear
warhead that will kill thousands by TEXT MESSAGE!"
Amber tried to ring back but it went straight to answerphone. She
thought this was a bit odd, she had known jay for quite a while and
thought he would at least ring in person.
She looked out of the window and saw the other Starbugs around her
were firing their nukes. She pressed the button. One more wouldn't
make much difference now.

Who: Jay and Phil
Where: Brigg, Ffionian ship
When: Just after
"Gah I really wish I had my phone on me. Then I could warn everyone
about Fferna!" said Jay.
"Where is it?" asked Phil.
"The bloody Ffionians took it. They're probably using it to call
long-distance right now the bastards."
"Use mine." Said Phil.
"WHAT?! You had your phone on you the entire time we've been in here
and you didn't tell me?"
"You never asked!"
Jay snatched the phone and rang everyone he could think of. He gave
everyone the same message. "Fferna has taken control of the ship. Even
Efof has defected. All Blue Dwarf crew fight the Ffionians and either
retake control or escape in Starbugs!"
