Who: Alex and X4, the new guys

When: During Blue Dwarf's stay around Mars, just after the last post
for arguments sake
Blue Dwarf floated silently above The Red Planet. Well, The Planet
That Was Red But Now Looks Like Earth, if you want to be picky. A
little green ship raced along the blue city, barely ducking,
diving and weaving along the myriad power cables, observation decks
and such. Starbug roared down the port side of the ship, eventually
finding the flight deck. It slid into the landing bay, white plumes
of smoke billowing from the retros. The legs locked into landing
position, the plumes getting bigger as the floor drew nearer.
Inside Alex stared at the green screen in the corner as X4 handled
the controls.
"3 feet to deck." Alex read. "2 feet, one foot..."
The ship rocked gently. "No feet."
X4 rotated his head round to face Alex.
"Well, I sure hope this isn't another prank assignment." X4 said
with something resembling sarcasm.
"If it is," Alex replied, "the administrator's wife's going to get
something to hang her towels on."
He stood up. "Well, let's go meet the neighbours!"
