I'm staying in that room!" announced Keto, snatching the keyfrom Alonso's tentatively proffered hand, "Whatever or whoever is inthere already can stay somewhere else, but *I'M* not sharing with anyof you!"The team looked to Amber, expecting a reaction. The reaction thatthey were not expecting was for her to merely shrug."Fine," she said, turning to unlock the door to her room.This appeared to have slightly nonplussed Keto, too."Fine?" he asked with a frown."Yes,
fine. Run along. Be back here tomorrow morning or else. Thatgoes for all of you."Amber coughed heavily, caught her breath, then walked off into herroom. The rest of the team looked at each other, puzzled, then one byone split off and entered the hotel rooms to see what lay inside. Eventually, only Keto was standing out in the hallway, fuming asAlonso beat a hasty retreat back downstairs."FINE!" he echoed, loudly, "Yes, fine, indeed! Very fine!"He stomped off over to the taken room, jammed the key into the lock,and opened the door with gratuitous violence.The occupant, rather than being shocked, was rather pleased.
