Brief History

Demonsbane was forged by Numur Huda a human Artificer from Eberron in Avernus. Demonsbane served Zariel in the Blood War all of its life under the command of Commander Zhalk. Fifteen years after her construction she was extremely damaged and abandoned. Numur wanted to test new methods and secretly had Demonsbane retrieved and began upgrading her with Infernal Iron and an Infernal Engine. When the upgrades proved successful Demonsbane was sent back out on the front lines.

When a Nautiloid invaded Avernus, Demonsbane joined his commander and attacked. When the Nautiloid crashed Demonsbane was severely damaged, rendered unconscious, and covered in dirt and debris. Eventually an Elf blacksmith found and started fixed up Demonsbane. When the citizens started turning into Mind Flayers the Elf took his family and Demonsbane out of the city. Eventually Demonsbane wakes up and finds itself surrounded by Mind Flayers, the Mind Flayers attempted to destroy Demonsbane but Demonsbane killed them first. After killing the Mind Flayers Demonsbane realized most of its memory was missing. Demonsbane then went looking for Commander Zhalk.
