A Walk in the Garden
Gangnam-gu: Seoul, South Korea - Moon Residence
Amidst the verdant tranquility of the Dragon family's gardens, Ma-Ri and Eun-Ji strolled leisurely along the cobblestone path. The fragrant blooms and meticulously manicured flora provided a serene backdrop to their conversation, a momentary respite before delving into the looming discussions that echoed with the weight of the family legacy.
As they ambled through the lush expanse, Ma-Ri's gaze lingered on the vibrant tapestry of nature, a fleeting distraction from the weighty topic at hand. "Eun-Ji," she began, her voice a gentle undercurrent to the rustle of leaves, "soon, the time will come when the Dragon will call upon you to embark on your own journey, to prove yourself in the crucible of the secret world. It's imperative that you keep striving to absorb every nuance of our teachings and experiences before that moment arrives."
Eun-Ji nodded, her expression a blend of determination and curiosity. "Tell me more about your own journeys," she urged, her eyes reflecting the sincerity of her quest for knowledge.
Ma-Ri's gaze turned distant as she recalled the trials of her family. "Your father, Byung-Ho, ventured into the heart of darkness, facing eldritch horrors that sought to unravel the city. Jae-Hoon, your older brother, navigated the twisted corridors of nightmares, contending horrific anomalies that were preying on children. Mine dealt with demons that sought to bring hell to earth. Each of us had to prove ourselves in our own way, and we each had to find help along the way, confronting the unknown and emerging stronger."
Pausing by a tranquil pond adorned with lily pads, Ma-Ri's gaze met Eun-Ji's. "But you, my dear, as a Bee, your journey may be more perilous. Bees are the threads woven into the fabric of the secret world, and your path will demand unparalleled resilience."
Eun-Ji absorbed the weight of Ma-Ri's words, her gaze fixed on the pond's reflection as she contemplated the challenges ahead. The rhythmic hum of distant cicadas accompanied their thoughts, a natural symphony of contemplation.
As their walk concluded, Ma-Ri led Eun-Ji back to the training area. "Before that day arrives, we have more to uncover more to improve," Ma-Ri declared, her eyes gleaming with noble purpose. They returned to the training dojo.
