The Outside
Lydia raised an eyebrow, then corrected her posture. "We have an area for pets, or companions, to exercise and do their business - kind of like a dog park, in a sense. Honey would be the first wolf we've seen here though, and I imagine she might need some extra outside time. I'll escort you outside." She said, pulling her hair up into a high ponytail. She moved past Sophia and Honey, flashing the wolf a hint of a smile, before knocking in a rhythmic pattern on the wall.
Malik appeared as the wall lowered into the ground, his eyes concentrated on the Earthen barrier until it had completely disappeared. "Lydia." He said in a monotone voice as he stood at attention. However, it didn't go unoticed by Lydia when his eyes stole a quick glance at Sophia and lingered a little longer than what Lydia considered to be polite.
"Hey!" She snapped, jabbing a finger against his chest. "Eyes to yourself." Her tone stayed steady, but her voice had lowered. She then moved forwards a few paces until she was close enough that her breath made the hairs on Maliks body stand up. "If I have one more complaint from a woman about your behavior, you wont even get the dignity of a funeral." She whispered into his ear. Her hand met his chest and pushed him back, though her small frame did nothing to actually move him, it was all compliance. Lydia turned back towards Sophia and motioned for her and Honey to walk in front. "I'll follow behind you, Malik can lower the second wall from right here." She said, her expression and tone now calm.
