It All Leads To One Place, Right? (All Read, Please)

“Will she be smoking when the evaluation happens?” Khun asks, irritation on her face as she tries to ignore the stink of the smoke. Cigarettes are a greatly disgusting thing to the doctor, but she merely puts up with it most of the time. Sadly, if she must be around these people, she wants to avoid the cancer inducing sticks. “Apologies, but I am not comfortable around…nicotine.”

Shifting in place, she adjusts the jacket she pulled on during her rush to get to Finlay and aid him. In all honesty, she is not very impressed with Lydia, but keeps those thoughts to herself. The girl is able to see people’s thoughts, after all. Besides, Khun has no right to judge, considering her situation and the life she’s got going on. If she is rejected she will have to keep moving forward.

Catching the journal with a strong wind sweep that brings it to her hands, Sophia does indeed look through it. She recognizes some of the maps, but others do not look correct to her, something she might make him aware of. “You’re rather good at documenting things,” She comments before reaching his writing. “Ah, Perrine…Luna…and Whisp. Nice names.” She closes the book and looks up to him. “Why should I make you walk? It is your wagon. I’m accustomed to walking, so I can walk with you.” It is her nature to keep on her own feet.

Honey snorts and literally seems to roll her eyes at Sophia’s answer.

“That’s enough sass from you,” Sophia chides her companion and walks over to the wagon, holding the journal out to Perrine. “I am going that direction, so it will help to have someone to help me find what is at the end of this path.”

She has no clue that he will be taking her to the community.
