Finlay thanked Lydia for getting him back to normal. To feel, and be like, himself again was one thing, but to no longer feel the pain of his body fighting the transformation felt relaxing from the previous insistent spasming. He slowly stood with the support of the wall. He felt like a second day lactic acid buildup in every muscle fiber after a strenuous workout. In short, he was tremendously sore all over.

In addition, he realized he was legitimately sick now. And the exhaustion brought on from the cold was ever present, despite having just rested. He hugged his more scantily clad self for warmth as he shivered.

“Are you sure you don’t want to rest a little first?” He asked looking her up and down from head to toe. She looked like him, not literally anymore, but as if she would pass out or fall over from fatigue.
