“I’m a doctor, sir,” Khun reminds Johnathan. “I have to handle violence if I intend to help people.” With the car in park, she unbuckles her seatbelt and opens the door. “Thank you, again, for helping me.” She looks back at him and offers a very rare but small smile before getting out of the car. Closing the door, she looks toward Cynthia and offers a small wave.

New people are difficult for Khunara to understand. She can understand them all from a medical point of view, but socially and emotionally, she finds it difficult to speak with others.Despite all of this, she does her best to be as kind and friendly as possible, even when her stomach is audibly betraying her with its hunger.

She waits on Johnathan before following toward the porch.
