A survivalist that setup camp outside of Havenbrook and brings in some steady coin from the local tanner and butcher outsourcing him work for the past three years. He also invests his time in less legal activities that merit good returns for his services and talents.

Adept at using espionage tactics. For example, but not limited to sneaking, grey-manning, misdirection, pickpocketing, lying and lockpicking. Such skills being very useful for self preservation while growing up.

Well trained in the use of the following weaponry: throwing knives, daggers, and hand crossbows. Has experience with short swords and just a little with a rapier; however, does not prefer the longer/heavier weaponry.

Due to his upbringing in the temple for a large portion of his early life, he can speak, read and write common, surface elvish, and dark tongue.

Only requires four hours of rest, requiring sleep only in the form of a meditative semi-conscious trance-like state.

High in charisma, intellect, and dexterity his agility has earned him some rewarding capabilities such as good body control, situational awareness, and slight of hand.

Higher resistance, and in some cases immunity, to a wider range of poisons and toxins than most species. Some of this was inherit; however, primarily due to the dark elf practice of building immunity over time. The dark elf that couldn't withstand poison wouldn't last long in their cutthroat society. In addition, he had an extensive knowledge of the creation and use of poisons and toxins.

Has artificer potential; however, to date has not progressed his aptitude in regards to magic for the opportunity cost of improving his current other skills and capabilities.

Weapon/gear

In short, his weaponry, attire, light armor and equipment is a patchwork of useful pieces that appears to be in a continual process of being upgraded whenever he comes across a better alternative that he can somehow acquire.

Assortment of small throwing knives, twenty in total. Most stolen over time on the surface or confiscated from victims during his raiding days, and six of which are beautifully crafted from his place of origin.

Leather wrist guards which have concealed in them a simple lock picking kit.

Leather throwing knife holster belt loop sheath that attaches to his belt; holds six. In addition, a lock picking kit and small toolset it also secured to his belt.

Two leather throwing knife holster leg strap sheaths, one each leg, that strap around the thigh; holds three knives each.

Leather throwing knives holster shoulder sheaths worn and secured along the upper body like a strapped vest. Three knives are secured in place under the armpits down the side for easy drawing and concealment.

Traveling boots designed to mask the sound of his footsteps. Has a pocket in each boot for one small concealed throwing knife. The bottom of the shoe can be removed and inside is another small kit for dealing with locks and trap mechanisms. Also a good place to hide small stolen things.

Dark elf raiding dagger that is secured across his chest, upside down, with a leather harness so that it is easy to access and doesn’t restrict mobility.

Pillaged, bought or stolen goods and supplies for basic camping. Including a skinning knife and sharpening stone.

Assorted collection of poisons making equipment: tools, finished products and raw ingredients.

A piwafwi cloak (see physical appearance).

Physical Appearance

His toned body is athletic and lithe, with an almost supernatural beauty that is customary of any Eladrin kind. This alluring appearance has provided him with greater leniency and acceptance for being what he is, more so than other darker races which have innate ghastly appearances. His face is chiseled and attractive, though groomed by the stoic, grave and emotion constrained necessities of surviving in the Underdark culture. He stands proudly at 5'9", shorter than other elven sub-races, due to a process of selective breeding of countless generations.

Rezp's skin coloration is light, 18% grey, a genetic anomaly which made his life more difficult, due to the priesthood singling him out due to its rarity, and increased his suffering growing up amongst a much darker skinned discriminatory society and the dangers that exist in the dark. He had to compensate for this setback with tenacity, observant analytical mindset, cleverness, competency and a bit of dumb luck. His eye color matches his shoulder-length hair and could be described, in a word, obsidian.

On his person, he has a few random scars on his legs and arms which were merely byproducts of normal happenstance growing up in a jagged, aggressive, and mercilessly ruthless subterranean ecosystem; one or two were from near-death experiences. The entirety of his upper and lower back has a beautifully ornate scar, that could be mistaken for artwork, that looks like an intricately designed geometric spider web. This scar took decades to masterfully create and was a punitive marking from his time as a servant to the dominant priesthood. While these scars, which are ever so slightly lighter than his normal skin tone, can be easily covered up by his attire one scar is visible on the right side of the front of his neck. He received this from a matriarch which decided to take rights to his body without consent; as if that matters in the Darwinian strong take all Underdark. The wound healed just fine, but a result was a subtle grittiness to his voice. It makes him sound more interesting in his opinion.

He moves about wearing a piwafwi. It is a dark fire-resistant protective cloak that along with his simple scouting clothes underneath create a monochromatic color palette that would make him blend into the dark, cave-like settings, or more challenging to see in a more desaturated environment. Due to his subterranean adaptations, the cloak is also valuable in shielding him from the irritating brightness of the sun and well-lit interior spaces. It provides him with a mysterious charm if one were looking upon him positively, or a potential ominous threat if one were thinking negatively.
