The Great Escape

Once Kal-Nar and his team met up with Captain Blue and Talerian Maxx, they loaded up their speeder bikes and blasted off in the direction of the Hutt's lair. Time was of the essence since it would not be long before a Separatist Extraction team would be coming for Anna Arky as well. The Hutts had no idea how deep in trouble they were going to be when they captured Anna. In order to not get picked up on the scanners the team stopped by some plateaus to park the speeder bikes. Then Maxx tapped on his arm and sent out three camouflaged drones to scan the place while they unloaded their gear and prepped for the mission. Then Captain Blue approached the Mandalorian named Talerian Maxx for intel.

Captain Blue: Did you find anything?

Maxx: Yes.

Talerian Maxx pulled out a holocron pad and held it out for the team to see.

Maxx: As you can see this is the basic layout of the Hutt's lair. It will have many branches for various uses like guard dorms, food panties, weapon lockers, and by the looks of it this should be the prison section where our target is located. Oh and as a warning you should all be careful since it looks like they have a rancor in a cell below. We will be hard pressed to take it on in an enclosed place like the lair. If we have to face it I recommend someone act as bait to lure it out of the lair and away from the others. We can defeat it from a distance with heavy fire power since it won't be able to take cover.

Captain Blue: Sounds reasonable.

After that they formed their extraction plan and broke up into smaller teams to buy the extraction team time to rescue Anna Arky alive, which was Captain Blue and Talerian Maxx. Once they were ready they set out in stealth mode to infiltrate the Hutt's lair through an air port in the back. After they moved through the air duct Maxx used a cutting laser to make a hole for the team to exit into the unsuspecting lair. After making short work of the nearby Gamorrean guards they split up to do their separate missions.

Blue and Maxx slowly made their way through the maze of tunnels and quietly killing all of the guards along the way. It was obvious that they didn't want the prisoners escaping since the way out had a lot of twists and turns. Eventually they arrived at the prison section and after burning the lock open they killed several guards and managed to find the cells with the prisoners. Captain Blue watched the door as Maxx made his way down the rows of cells till he found the one holding Anna Arky. He opened the doors and spoke up.

Maxx: Mrs. Arky I need you to come with us.

Anna: Who the hell are you?

Maxx: It doesn't matter. If you want to live you need to come with me.

Anna: How do I know you don't want to use or kill me?

Maxx: Well I haven't stunned you have I?

Anna: Fair point.

Maxx: Or would you rather wait here with the Hutts when the Separatist come for you?

Anna: Oh in that case you have to bring Abu too?

Maxx: Who?

A small alien popped his head from under the bed as he was afraid of Maxx. Seeing as he was a small one Maxx nodded and replied.

Maxx: Fine but you have to hold him. I need my hands free to shot.

Anna: Fair enough.

Anna picked up Aby and smirked at him.

Anna: Looks like our luck has changed for the better Abu.

Abu spoke in an alien language and they chuckled. Then Maxx led them out of their cell and headed to see Captain Blue as he was cursing up a storm.

Blue: AWWWW freil!!!!

Maxx: What happened?

Then the alarms went off blaring loudly.

Maxx: Never mind. I can guess what happened.

Blue: So what now?

Maxx: We need to blast our way out.

Blue pulled his big heavy gun out from his back holster and cocked it.

Blue: Good thing I brought this eh?

Maxx pulled out a thermal detonator and nodded.

Maxx: I'll clear the hallway with this first.

Then Blue opened the door as Maxx tossed out the thermal detonator and blue closed the door before it exploded. the explosion shook the place and then Blue opened the door and they began their escape from the prison section.
